Travel Fitness Requirements

Often trainers are required to take too much time away from core soccer related activities to incorporate fitness due to the needs of the players. Below is a list of fitness goals for travel players this season.

Although it is not mandatory at this time that they hit these marks, it should be strongly stressed how important it is to begn the season in shape.

Levels for a timed run, sit-ups and push-ups are broken down by the sex/age/level individuals will be playing this coming season.
